The New Year’s Tag

The New Year’s Tag was created by big brother Matt at Jesusluvsall’s blog to reflect on the past year. He exudes the love of God and love for people in his blog posts and interaction with other bloggers. Big brother Matt is called big brother for many reasons but these two reasons sums it all up- he supports and lets upcoming bloggers shine.

Thank you, Ms. Gail of Gail Loves God for nominating Christian Mommas Blog for the New Year’s Tag. Ms. Gail is a poet and Jesus lover. I cannot describe how beautiful she writes about God. Please visit her blog to read inspiring short poems.

One of my favorite New Year’s memory is flying out of Nigeria, my country of birth to begin a new life in the United States. It was my first time outside the country and my first flight ever. It was a dream come true for me.

Gail’s Questions

1- If you could celebrate the New Year anywhere, where would it be? I always want to be home on New Year’s day.

2- What is your favorite snack food for New Years? No favorite snack for New Year’s day.

3- Have you ever kept a New Year’s resolution? If so, what was it? I always plan to prioritize spiritual growth.

4- What do you want to do with your blog next year? My friends and I will continue doing what we have been doing, encouraging and growing your faith with God’s word and motherhood experiences.

5- Do you prefer a big party or a small gathering to celebrate? Small gathering.

No Tag today, my friends. I have a lot of you to tag. In the comment section, please suggest topics you would like the Christian Mommas blog to discuss this year.

The New Year is a gift, unwrap it with hope for a good future

  1. I especially like #3. When we evaluate the previous year and look forward to the new goals with preparation, we should prioritize and focus foremost on the most important goal of all: our relationship with God.

  2. I don’t think I can recommend you write about anything accept whatever moves your heart. I look forward to your posts because they move mine. Congratulations and may 2020 bring good health and prosperity your way.

    1. Thank you and Amen. Your comment is greatly appreciated. You shifted my attention to something important, to continue writing what moves my heart. My friends and I would continue doing that. It makes blogging easier.
