The Third Trimester

The third trimester marks the final stage of pregnancy. The excitement to see the baby is usually stronger. Excitement, a bigger baby bump, and pressure on the pelvic bone can make one tired of being pregnant.. The baby is almost here, but the day and time are unknown for many mothers without a scheduled cesarean section. The third trimester is not the best time to give up. If the baby arrives too early, parents may have to stay longer in the hospital or go home without their little one.

The third trimester reminds me of Galatians 6:9~ So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

Just like a pregnant woman must not give up in the third trimester, we must not get tired of doing what is good. We must remember that our God is faithful to reward us and keep his promise of seed time and harvest. The pressure to give up is often stronger when we are close to a new beginning. The pressure is greater when the blessing is near.

In the current climate of hate and division, we must remember to keep our love on and do good to those who hate us for being Christians who do not agree with demonic ideologies . If we want to see a great harvest of souls into God’s kingdom, we must not get tired of doing good and loving our enemies without compromising our Christian values.

Luke 6:35 (NIV) says “But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them, expecting nothing in return. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.”

We must do the good things God has told us to do, despite the challenges we may face. We must do good knowing that God is our reward and He is a faithful rewarder.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you for your faithfulness. I ask for the grace and strength to not be weary in doing good. Teach me to love like you love me and see people like you see them. In Jesus’ name.

Would you like to become a member of God’s family? Please say the prayer below and let me know about it here.

Say this: Heavenly Father,
I acknowledge that I am a sinner. I believe you exist and you sent Jesus to die for me. I receive your love and forgiveness. Reveal yourself to me. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Amen

Welcome to God’s family!
