What Are You Thankful For?

Staying thankful is humanly impossible. However, God instructs his children to be thankful in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Few days ago, I almost stepped into the danger zone of murmur (Philippians 2:14). In the middle of little messes, it is easy to forget how blessed we are. Thankfully, I was able to count my blessings as I set my affection on God and renewed my mind with God’s word.

Having difficulty seeing the good in unpleasant and unexpected situations? Do you feel like you have nothing to be thankful for due to the waves of challenges you have experienced so far? This three-day devotional plan written by me and Emem Washington will guide you through reflective processes that can help you develop an attitude of thanksgiving and count your blessings in all circumstances.

Have a blessed Sunday!

  1. I think the kind of life we live can make it hard for us to always be thankful because there is so much going on which at least makes feel as if we should be worrying while making us forget the little things and the things we don’t have enough time for.

  2. It is easy to forget, but we can cultivate a lifestyle that reminds us to stop and take inventory of our blessings. These days, grateful seems to run deeper. Funny how challenges can do that.

  3. This year has been my Isaac order of year, my year of years. I’m thanking for all the success I received during the pandemic and lockdown periods. I have successfully completed 2 certificate courses and internship to kick start my career and It has been sickness free for myself, spouse and loved ones. At a point my father was sicked, the sickness that almost took his life but God jack him back to life with His miraculous power.
