Become Faithfit: Invite God Into Your Workout

Fitness is always on my mind and in my plan for the year. Faithfit devotional on YouVersion, is giving me the extra push I need to start my body off right this year. If you need extra motivation to start taking care of your body this year, the Faithfit devotional is for you. We need to take care of our body so we can live long enough to fulfill our God-given assignments, enjoy good health, take care of our family, etc. We need to be physically, mentally, and spiritually fit to fulfill the great commission (Mark 16:15).   1. When I am at the gym I always listen to my praise and worship. It helps me with my workout. It gives me motivation along with endurance. I always get people looking at me because while I am working out I am praising God at the same time.

    They are probably wondering what I am doing. They always smile at me but never had anyone asked. But I do believe that them seeing the light in me at the gym helps them. For I believe I am still planting seeds.

      1. I listen to a lot of Kirk Franklins, Koryn Hawthrone, Shana Wilson, Jekalyn Carr, and Tasha Ccobbs.

        Each one of them sing music with beats in it to get me moving.
