10 Prayers For Persecuted Christians

It was impressed on my heart to share this with you all. Join me in praying. The persecution will not end, but we have victory. Matthew 5:11(NIV) ~ “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.”

Please take a moment and pray.

Persecution of the Church

Most moms would lay down their lives for their children. We have said yes to C-Section to save our babies from distress. The joy of having a newborn makes us forget the pain and risks. We can rip apart a lion, walk through fire, and rip out our hearts to save our children. You know…

Would you like to become a member of God’s family? Please say the prayer below and let me know about it here.

Say this: Heavenly Father,
I acknowledge that I am a sinner. I believe you exist and you sent Jesus to die for me. I receive your love and forgiveness. Reveal yourself to me. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Amen

Welcome to God’s family!

  1. Amen! Voice if the Martyrs is such a terrific voice for persecuted Christians. I just checked out “Foxe’s Book of Martyrs” from the library. Looking forward to reading it.

  2. Amen 🙏🏿. It was a blessing lifting up those who are persecuted into God’s hands. It’s not easy walking this journey with the Lord but it is so worth it. These set of people are so often forgotten but I’m grateful for this opportunity to pray for them. Thank you for this reminder. God bless you 🥁😊

  3. I for one shall endeavor to travail for them that they may rooted in Christ; the essence of life , regardless of the circumstances they face, I know it’s tough but in Him we live, move and have our being.

  4. Open Doors and Barnabas Fund also do a lot of work with the persecuted church and have many resources for educating, awareness, stories, involvement and prayer pointers.

Please pray for our brothers and sisters in Afghanistan. The world is a global village, the devil does not want just a city, he wants the entire nation and the world. My heart aches for Afghanistan just like it aches for Nigeria, the United States and places all over the world. Jesus is our only hope. Jesus is the answer. Those who say they belong to Jesus must do what Jesus did in the flesh. He pray for the sake of the world, healed, preached the gospel, and humbled himself before God. Let’s get to work. Thank you.

    1. Thank you, Temi for this repost. Just as we were communicating our sisters and brothers in Christ need our prayers. May our family in Afghanistan feel the body of Christ lifting the prayers and the Presence of Jesus be magnified. Jesus only Jesus!
