Father’s Day Reflections

I am thankful to God for my late grandfather. My grandfather gave me two life-changing gifts- exposure to Christianity and value for education. As his first grandchild, he called me his “special child”. He carried me, cared for me, and prayed for me. I am his glory.

Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers. Proverbs 17:6

I am thankful for the father of my children. He is a great role model for our children. His strengths and weaknesses points us to the Father of all comfort. He supports my mothering and all God has called me to do.

I am thankful for my papa Matt, Mr. Griego, and all the Christian fathers in my life.

Say this: Heavenly Father,
I acknowledge that I am a sinner. I believe you exist and you sent Jesus to die for me. I receive your love and forgiveness. Reveal yourself to me. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Amen
