In the same way, husbands ought to love their wives as they love their own bodies. For a man who loves his wife actually shows love for himself. No one hates his own body but feeds and cares for it, just as Christ cares for the church. Ephesians 5:28-29 (NLT)

When I sin against my own body, I also hurt my spouse because two have become one flesh.
Pray this with your spouse if possible: Father, in the name of Jesus, strengthen us with might in our inner man (Eph. 3:16) and fire up our prayer and fasting life. Empower us to resist temptation. Give us wisdom on how to set boundaries.
