Today, we pause to say a heartfelt thank you to the men and women within the Christian Mommas community who have served or are currently serving our nation.
Your sacrifices, both visible and invisible, have shaped lives and preserved freedoms many of us enjoy daily. We see you. We honor you. And most importantly, we thank God for you—
for the sacrifices made for this nation,
for the sacrifices made for your families,
and for the sacrifices made in quiet moments that only Heaven truly knows.
From the Battlefield to the Home Front
Though your military service may have ended, your spiritual service continues. You now serve in the greatest army of all, the army of the Lord.
Every day, you rise once again to the call of duty: protecting, nurturing, interceding, and standing in faith for your families and communities. You live out the call to “put on the full armor of God” (Ephesians 6:11), demonstrating that a warrior’s heart doesn’t retire—it’s refined.
Your strength, compassion, and bravery mirror the heart of our Savior, who laid down His life for others. Your endurance through trials reflects the spirit of a true disciple; one who has learned to battle not only with hands, but with heart and prayer.
“Endure hardship as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”
— 2 Timothy 2:3
And like David declared:
“Blessed be the Lord, my Rock, who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.”
— Psalm 144:1
You embody this divine warrior spirit: strong, disciplined, and anchored in faith. Whether you wear a uniform or carry your sword of the Spirit through prayer and perseverance, you continue to fight for the things that matter most: faith, family, and the future generations God has entrusted to your care.
We See You. We Honor You. We Thank You.
It is an honor to serve alongside you in this divine mission. We are deeply grateful for your radiance, courage, valiance, and holy boldness. Your presence reminds us of what it means to live with purpose and conviction.
Your sacrifices, both past and present, do not go unnoticed. You are seen by God, cherished by your community, and loved by those you’ve served and protected.
Words will never be enough to capture our gratitude, but please know:
You are valued. You are honored. You are loved.
A Prayer of Thanksgiving for our Veterans
Heavenly Father,
We lift before You the men and women who have served this nation with courage and conviction. Thank You for their dedication, their strength, and their unwavering faith through seasons of trial and triumph.
Lord, may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Renew their strength like the eagle’s; surround them with Your favor and fill their homes with joy and rest.
Let them always remember that their service, both in uniform and in Your Kingdom, is never in vain. May they continue to stand as beacons of light, hope, and faith to their families and communities.
We bless them today with Your love, grace, and abundant peace.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.
To every Veteran in the Christian Mommas community:
We honor you. We love you. We thank God for you.
“The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.”
— Psalm 29:11
