Welcome to June!
Yes, I know we are already in the second week, but I felt compelled to give you a proper welcome into this month, one filled with joy, gratitude, and expectancy.
June has been especially celebratory for our family. This year, we are witnessing not one, but two significant milestones. One of our teens has graduated from high school, while the other has completed middle school. Watching them transition into new seasons of life has been both beautiful and emotional. It has truly been an honor to pour into them over the years.
What I was not fully prepared for, however, were the emotions that accompany these transitions. My goodness! There is something sacred about watching your children grow and realizing that the years you spent teaching, praying, correcting, and encouraging are now bearing fruit in ways you cannot always measure.
It reminds me of one of my favorite truths from Ecclesiastes:
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
As mothers, we experience these seasons firsthand. Some seasons are spent nurturing and protecting, while others are spent releasing and trusting God with the seeds we have planted. Both are holy.
Which brings me to something I am especially excited to share.
A New Opportunity to Pour into Young Women
Here at Christian Mommas, we are launching SABAR, a four-week summer program created specifically for female high school seniors, first-year college students, recent graduates preparing to enter college, the military, or other adult-learning environments.
Each week is designed to blend biblical teaching, mentorship, community, and practical life skills. Topics include:
- Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence
- Building a Spiritual Altar for Life Transitions
- Apologetics for the Modern World
- Self-Defense and Personal Safety
- Financial Wisdom
- Sexual Identity
Our prayer is to equip young women to stand firmly rooted in Christ while navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with adulthood.

I am genuinely excited for this season of pouring. Now more than ever, our sons and daughters need to be rooted and grounded in the Word of God. The world is changing rapidly, but truth remains steadfast.
A Takeaway for Mothers
Supporting the next generation is not simply about preparing our children for careers or independence; it is about preparing them to walk faithfully with God wherever He leads them. Whether you are raising toddlers, homeschooling teenagers, celebrating graduates, or mentoring young adults, your investment matters.
The prayers you pray, the conversations you have, the examples you set, and the seeds you sow today will continue to bear fruit long after they leave your home.
So let us continue to pour with joy, trust God with every season, and remain faithful in raising a generation that knows Him, loves Him, and stands firmly upon His truth.
