I loved today's class session. It was highlighted to me today about fasting. I know I needed to do this in my heart, but I was waiting for the Lord's direction in what and how He wanted me to fast. Sure, enough in today's class it comes up! Halleluyah! Talking about how we get that sluggish feeling from being on videos and stuff for too long hit my spirit. So today after class I unplugged and fasted from screens/internet for some time. Wow! Much needed!
