Happy New Year Friends!
I have been away from the blog, growing in faith with the help of the Holy Spirit, attending Bible school, mentoring and disciplining women (read testimonies and learn more here), building LittleOnes, hosting 2 to 5 hours prayer charges (Join us for the next one here), posting in the app almost daily (download the app here), and focusing on hybrid homeschooling life (and my family welcomed a baby in October..still #boymom). In addition, Christian Mommas is officially a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are advancing God’s kingdom in the family system through our mentorship-discipleship program, parent education, prayer meetings, devotional publications, and more. God is faithful!
I miss my blogger friends and plan to post at least once monthly. Thank you, Papa Matt for checking on me and blessing me with your books.
This month, we have Love and Lent series in the Christian Mommas app (We celebrated 2000 app downloads yesterday). Be blessed as you read my first post on the series:
Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.” Genesis 22:2 (NKJV)
There’s a lot to unpack from this scripture. Today, let’s reflect on the fact that the word “love” is first used in a father-child relationship. I believe this is God’s way of helping us understand that we come to know love through human relationships with our parents, and experiencing paternal love is uniquely important. Later, God reveals His love by giving up his well-beloved son for the redemption of humanity, and He continues to reveal Himself as a Father of love.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. 2 Corinthians 13:14 (NKJV)
And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:17 (NKJV)
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (NKJV)
Let’s strengthen father-child relationships when possible. Let’s pray that the fathers in our lives will reveal the love of God to our children.

Congratulations for the gift of a new little one from Heaven! God bless you!
Amen. Thank you ma’am!
God bless you, Temi and congrats to baby #3! Good to see you back. I’ve done a couple of your plans through the app- great work!
Amen. Thank you Sister Amber!
